To start with, the Duval Acura car buying experience isn't like any other at all... At least in Jacksonville, FL. I've dealt with other dealerships in trying to purchase a new or slightly used vehicle and none, NONE, were as easy to deal with as Duval Acura.. They actually made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. To start they explain their process that they aren't commission based sales people but volume based, all cars have their prices listed on them and that is the price... NO HAGGLING! And their cars are well priced, not exorbitant by any means and very competitive to other dealers in the area. When it comes to a trade in they run the car through AutoTrader.com's car evaluation tool and give you that price as well as drive the vehicle with you in it and give you a quote on what they would offer. Whichever is the higher price is what they will give you for your trade in. AND THAT'S IT! There is no back and forth, there is no arguing for hours on end or someone trying to hold your keys while they go and check with a mysterious sales manager in a cave'y office a few miles away... The price they gave me on my trade was VERY reasonable as was the price of the car I wanted to purchase. And that was it, I could take the deal or not; there wasn't going to be any negotiations.. No dealing with schemes of them writing down a monthly payment and down payment and going back and forth.. All of the things you hate about trying to buy a car, they've taken care of. I can't thank them enough! I worked specifically with Matt Zimmerman, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very relaxed, laid back, but informative and understanding. Again, you can't ask for a better experience... My next vehicle will be purchased from Duval Acura as will all of my recommendations for where to go
